Shipping Time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. If an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or postal holidays.
Lost Shipments
We want your order to arrive safely and will do our best to help if something goes wrong in transit.
If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at info@tbbtoys.com with your order number so we can look into it right away.
When a package is reported missing, we will start an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier officially declares the package lost, we will replace the shipment at no additional cost to you.
If a package appears to have been misdelivered, we may ask you to allow a little time for the package to be corrected or redelivered. This does happen occasionally, and many misdelivered packages are recovered within a short time.
Carrier investigations typically take 10–14 days, depending on the shipping carrier. We know waiting is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we work through the process.
Once the investigation is complete, we will offer a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
