Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@tbbtoys.com so we can take a look and help make it right.

Returns

Because our products are made for birds and small animals, the health and safety of your pets and ours always comes first.

Once an item leaves our shop, we do not allow it to come back into the workshop, and we do not resell returned items. This helps us prevent the potential spread of germs, illness, or contamination between homes and animals.

For this reason, all sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

Please check measurements, sizing, materials, and product details carefully before placing your order. We are always happy to answer questions before you buy so you can feel confident that the item will be a good fit for your pet.

Return Exceptions

In the rare event that we agree to consider a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from any approved refund.
